I’m a user experience and interface designer at GE Transportation. I help teams build the products their customers want and promote user-centered design concepts throughout the organization.

I live in sunny Jacksonville, Florida with my wife, dog (a giant German Short-haired Pointer) and cat (probably sleeping).

JaxReady

A mobile application allowing residents to monitor fire and weather threats, and plan for evacuation in the event of a natural disaster. Built in 2012 while employed with the City of Jacksonville, FL using Sencha Touch 2 & PhoneGap.

COJ.net

The City of Jacksonville’s website (COJ.net) gets over 1 million visits a month and serves as the official stream of communication to Jacksonville residents. The new website got a complete redesign while converting over 30,000 pages of existing content. This was a team effort where I led information architecture, design, and front-end implementation.

ChefDave.org

A website dedicated to bariatric cooking, ChefDave.org was build on ExpressionEngine with public and members-only content.

Simply Smart Food

A culinary and nutrition company specializing in weight management and bariatric, weight loss surgery, services and programs.
